IceBase does not use customer data to train, improve, or fine-tune any models. Your prompts and completions are processed and immediately discarded. This policy applies to all models available on the platform without exception.

Data Export
Request Data Export
Export all organization data including usage logs, billing history, and account information.
Account Deletion
Once your account is deleted, all data including API keys, usage history, billing records, and organization settings will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone and will take effect within 30 days of the request.
